Kevin DiLallo, Manatee Memorial Hospital CEO, Promoted to Group Vice President Florida Region for Parent Company Universal Health Services
Kevin DiLallo, CEO and Group VP for the Manatee Healthcare System, has been promoted to Group Vice President Florida Region for parent company Universal Health Services (UHS). In this role, Kevin will be responsible to oversee four hospitals that make up the UHS Acute Care Florida Region including Manatee Memorial Hospital, Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, Wellington Regional Medical Center and a planned hospital in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This promotion is in recognition of Kevin’s outstanding leadership spanning 23 years with UHS.
Kevin joined UHS in February 1998 as the CEO of Wellington Regional Medical Center in West Palm Beach and moved to Manatee Memorial Hospital in 2010 as CEO and Group VP for the Manatee Healthcare System.

Kevin made the announcement first to the Manatee Healthcare System staff and mentioned, “It is with sadness and gratitude that I announce I will be taking on a new role with UHS as Group Vice President Florida Region, overseeing Manatee Memorial Hospital, Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, Wellington Regional Medical Center and a new planned hospital to be located in Palm Beach Gardens.
“It has been my honor and I have been blessed to serve as CEO and Group VP for the Manatee Healthcare System for the last 11 years. Words do not capture how significant a part of my and my family’s lives the community of Manatee County and the healthcare system have been. I have the deepest gratitude to so many people who have supported Jo-Ann and I along the way. The Manatee Healthcare System has left an indelible mark on our life,” he said.
UHS is recruiting for a new CEO for Manatee Memorial Hospital. Until a CEO is named, Kevin will continue to serve as the hospital’s CEO as well as his new role as the Group Vice President Florida Region. Kevin and his wife Jo-Ann plan to relocate to the east coast of Florida in the next few months.
